About Me

I’m a property and valuation professional with over 20 years of experience across valuation, property investment, and construction management, mainly in Singapore and now based in Australia. I studied valuation through the University of South Australia in 1997 and went on to build my valuation career in Singapore over the next two decades. During that time, I worked across residential and commercial properties and produced clear, well-supported valuation reports.

In Singapore, I was fortunate to achieve strong results and receive recognition through awards. I was also trusted with leadership responsibilities within the profession and served as the Elected Honorary Treasurer from 2013 to 2015 for the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Since relocating to Melbourne, I have spent more than five years working in the local property industry and I am a licensed principal agent registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria. I’m known for being detail-focused, easy to work with, and reliable with compliance and documentation. I’m now re-establishing my valuation pathway in Australia and looking for an Assistant Valuer or Valuation Analyst role, where I can contribute strong research, analysis, and reporting skills while progressing toward API Certified Practising Valuer accreditation.
