About Me
I’m a property and valuation professional with more than 20 years in the industry, with experience spanning valuation, property investment, and construction management. I completed my valuation studies through the University of South Australia in 1997 and built my career in Singapore, working across residential and commercial assets and producing clear, evidence-based valuation reports.
Along the way, I was recognised for strong performance and took on leadership responsibilities within the profession, including serving as the Elected Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers from 2013 to 2015. Now based in Melbourne, I’ve spent the past five years working in the local property market and I’m a licensed principal agent registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
I’m detail-focused, easy to work with, and careful with compliance and documentation. I’m currently re-establishing my valuation pathway in Australia and seeking an Assistant Valuer or Valuation Analyst role, where I can contribute strong research, analysis, and reporting skills while progressing toward API Certified Practising Valuer accreditation.
